traditional Madrid grub. Every year on
- the last Sunday fo the San Isidro
festival, the army mess hall crew wheel in the mass kettles and produce a
bewildering amount
- of piping hot "Cocido
Madrileņo". The sun is hot and the lines are long but if you get there
early enough you just might be
- rewarded with a bowl of this
