* Cyberinterpublic - (www.cyberinterpublic.net) C/. Carrera de San Jerónimo #18, 1st floor, Madrid. THE place to get your internet fix in Madrid. Open from 10:00 am 12:00 midnight and have an AWESOME setup of computers, printers, scanners, video conference, office, aol, FAX service, calling center, etc. Less than a 2 minute walk from Puerta del Sol, this communications center has a young atmosphere and great customer service. Friendly hip and ready to help out employees. Fast computers and fiber optic connection. METRO: Sol (lines 1, 2 & 3). See my info page on this place HERE.

* Asicibercenter:  (www.asiinfo.net/cyber.htm) C/ Castelló 46 Bajo C (right near the "El Corte Inglés" of Goya). These folks charge by the minute and offer the typical services that you find at a cyber café. Minimum connection time is 20 min. for 100 pesetas. They are a bit out of the city center but hey, they can't all be in la Puerta del Sol. Good location if you happen to be in the Retiro Park or Plaza de Colón area. Decent connection and 300 pesetas/hour. METRO: Velázquez (line 4-brown). Note- their website is only in Spanish which may be a hint as to lingüistic limitations of the staff.

* Cybermad  (http://www.cyber-mad.com)(wap- www.wapdrive.com/cybermad) C/ Atocha,117 (near Atocha station and the Prado Museum). Open from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm with 30 computers, printers, scanners, etc... All PC operating systems in English and even 1 computer in Japanese. Air conditioned, videomusic, no smocking room, english spoken.Visa,Amex,Mastercard accepted, yippppeeeee!!! Charge it!!! Website in 6 different languages and even has a webcam in the café. METRO: Antón Martín (line 2-light blue) or Atocha (line 2-light blue).
